Creative concept

The narrative to promote these 12 scenarios of the Historical Villages of Portugal, starts with the expression ‘shoot’, here in the double meaning of shooting and filming. The 12 historical sets of these villages will be crossed by a continuous panorama of different possibilities for cinematographic genres. The ‘hook’ of an arrow shot serves as a connecting element for the stories to be told. Emphasizing the cinematic mood, the voiceover, in the deep tone of American trailers, takes advantage of emblematic phrases from each cinema genre.

Voiceover

When winter is coming.

When the going gets tough.

When love must conquer all.

When the night is darkest, just before the dawn.

When the hearts are alive with the sound of music.

When we always look on the bright side of life.

When you see dead people.

When there’s the need for speed.

When there is no time to die.

When the world is of fire and steel.

When you’re naughty or when you’re nice.

When we may give our lives but not our freedom.

Historical Villages of Portugal.

The spots that dreams are made of.
