Creative concept

Following the concept and objectives outlined in the briefing—to highlight the human side of an electronic invoice as the product of dedication, hard work, and resilience in every transaction—we propose a short-film narrative approach.

The idea is to take the humanization of the electronic invoice literally. We reveal the faces behind each document, turning the familiar structure of an invoice into a storytelling canvas. Each line item becomes a chapter in the story behind the product or service billed.

The focus is on human effort, evoking empathy through the real connections at every step of the process, and dramatizing the reach of the production line—showing the full scope of SOVOS Saphety’s expertise.

To close the campaign concept, we introduce a hashtag that embodies this human, empathetic, and trustworthy approach, and that can also serve as a tool for social media sharing:
